I’m looking into automating some of our calling processes and was wondering if VitalPBX has a feature or an addon that supports automatic dialing. Specifically, I’m interested in a system that can call a list of numbers sequentially, moving on to the next number as our agents become available.
Does VitalPBX offer any built-in functionality or addons that can handle this type of task? If so, could you provide some details on how to set it up or point me to the relevant documentation?
