Does the trunk work correctly?

Where can I see in the interface if a trunk connector to the provider is correct?

Depending on the type of authentication and configuration you use.

Normally pjsip show <endpoint> or in the GUI, PBX Reports > PJSIP Endpoints (assuming you use PJSIP, which you shoul) would tell you if the endpoint is “UP”… But that does not mean that calls are accepted both ways.

If you have an issue, please tell us, in detail, what it is.

When we call the number we have with the provider, it does not work.

If it says OK in status, then we can be sure that the system has registered that the trunk information is correct

Name/username Host Dyn Forcerport Comedia ACL Port pbxadmin*CLI> sip show peers
Name/username Host Dyn Forcerport Comedia ACL Port Status Description

sip.provideruk.uk. 186.185.140.40 No No 5060 OK (17 ms) provideruk

You are obviously not using PJSIP.
