Divert or Follow me does not work when incoming external

Good afternoon

We have the following scenario (attached pictures). We have an extension that is connected via an ATA, it is working correctly. We have activated the “follow me” to an external mobile number.
When we call this extension from another extension, the forwarding is done correctly, without any news. But when the call is from the outside (call from did) the diverts do not work, generating two calls simultaneously and logically giving “busy” as an answer.
I have tried everything I know but I can’t get it to work.
The versions are:
VitalPBX 3.2.4-2
Asterisk 18.12.1-1

Is this the same bug that was fixed in latest V4?

The system sent the caller internal CID for local calls to extensions with the follow-me feature enabled and the field “CallerID On Diversions” set to “Caller.”

It placed as caller, see attached, but it does not work on external incoming calls.

Sure, because as i said it was only fixed in V4.
