Disappear tech menu when not use it on config extensions and trunks pages

Hi,

It is normal case only tech choose PJSIP or SIP when we use SIP portocol.
but, we can see PJSIP and SIP while we are settings
sometimes it make a mistake

could you disappear tech what not used it.

also, IAX2. it lookslike use only IP FAX.

Chan_SIP is deprecated and should be fully removed.

However, at the time of writing this, we have systems that still has a mix of both drivers. So I’m not sure how this will help anyone who’s using both.
