Is there a way to delete the FOLDER feature of the voicemail?

Its too complicated for our users :roll_eyes:

What do you mean by “delete the FOLDER feature”? I don’t get it!

I mean the Messages Folders options like:

  • New Messages
  • Old Messages
  • Work Messages
  • Friend Messages
  • Family Messages

Is there a simpler voicemail option?
