We are looking into moving our clients from 3CX to Vitalpbx, one of the features used a lot is Direct shared parking in 3cx (to park a call Press SP1, other phone pickup on SP1)
Is there a way to this in Vitalpbx native or with custom code we are using the Vitalpbx starter license, ?
The current Yealink phone with 3cx are set as fellow
SP1-SP3 is share with all phones, were SP4 - SP10 is only used on reception phones
