Dial Profiles Custom Options

Hello everyone,

I’m in the process of setting up a custom context to be applied to every phone call within a specific Class of Service (COS) using Dial Profiles.

My objective is to determine if the called number belongs to a predefined list. If it does, I want to use DID1 as the caller ID. Otherwise, the caller ID should default to DID2.

I’ve created a dial plan, which I believe should work as intended. However, I’m struggling to configure the custom context properly within the Dial Profiles Custom Options. I’ve tried testing it by sending calls to a known working custom context, but I keep receiving the error message “No valid number found” along with “Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again,” after which the call is terminated.

Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!
