The dial by Name Directory does not work with users who have a middle-name or there’s more than two words in their extension.
For example, is you have Mr. John Doe, it will try to match Mr. or John. Similarly, if you have Brian John Doe, it will try to match Brian or John. Meaning, it considers the second word as the last name.
