When adding a phonebook to the dashboard and then trying to load it to the Connect app, there is a video showing a QR code that we can scan to upload to our app.
When trying to upload the phonebook to the app, I have to type in a URL. This is way too much to ask for our clients.
Also, is there a group or department for the contacts?
One where we can have a sales department or billing or even a parts department that we can swap back and forth for faster dialing of internal employees?
