CX Omni-Channel Dashboard

It would be great if you created an omni-channel dashboard similar to Dixa.com or Sprinklr.com. Integrate Chat, SMS, Social and Messaging into one Dashboard with an API and Make.com/Zapier integration to link a CRM with it. Would make this product the premier contact center and be future-proof.

We’re eventually going to have to ditch most of the PBX just to have this feature set to provide a better customer experience.
