Is there tenant level support for CRM Connector? I can’t find how to add it to a tenant in a multi-tenant environment, will it only work with the main tenant?
I had a similar issue with CRM and AI Assistants/Tools a little while back.
We were able to get the apps to show up under all of our tenants by going adding the module access to the “Tenant Administrator” User Profile. (steps below)
When in the main tenant navigate to Admin > Admin > User Profiles, selecting the profile “Tenant Administrator” and then selecting the checkbox next to “Apps” (or one of the specific apps within the dropdown).

Awesome! When we upgraded to the release that included Voice Hub and AI Assistants, we were trying to figure out Voicemail Transcriptions.
