HI, guys

i just confuse working with vitxi.
is crm page open automatically when calls incoming on vitxi ?

now, we must click crm button. is this right ?

Hello Sir,

The CRM page opens when you click the CRM button.

In user settings, you can configure whether you want to open a new tab or a new window.
