Connection to a Panasonic PBX with IP card

I have been trying to connect to a Panasonic KDE PBX with an IP card.
I have built a SIP trunk with the username and password provided.
I have built an outbound route to the PBX and I have succesfully called extensions on the Panasonc PBX.
I cannot receive calls from the Panasonic.
I receive the following error log
[2023-09-19 16:27:26] NOTICE[15216] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request ‘INVITE’ from ‘sip:127@192.168.85.240’ failed for ‘192.168.2.35:35060’ (callid: 00001852-df67c85e75a1100086ee0080f03cffb4@192.168.2.35) - No matching endpoint found

VitalPBX IP is 192.168.85.240
Panasonic IP is 192.168.2.35

Is there a way for the calls not to be authenticated or any other reason that I cannot receive calls?

Sharing your trunk configuration might help to see what is wrong with your current settings.

ok, this is the trunk configuration

This is a ChanSIP trunk, your INVITE is coming to PJSIP. Delete this Trunk and create a PJSIP Trunk.
