Communicator Unattended transfer

Is there an option for unattended transfer of incoming call?

Eg. call comes in but is not picked up. It is immediately transfered to 3rd party.

You mean call forward on no answer? Yes. Depends on your ring time of the extension.
Check/Search in you PBX “Extension Status”.

No, the operator just isn’t attending the call.
The phone is ringing but instead of picking up the call, the operator just blind transferes/forwards the call via softKey or dss key. Is possible on the phone but not in Communicator.
In Communicator you have to pick up the call and only then you can forward it.
