Communicator no outgoing audio while other softphones works

We have a new installation of VitalPbx thats works fine if we use Microsip or others softphones while using Communicators the user can listen to the caller but the external caller cannot hear the operator.

We double checked NAT configuration, firewall but we cannot understand the reason why it works perfectly with third party sofphones but we goy this behaviour with proprietary softphone (Communicator).
