Cloud installed VitaPBX

if i host the vitalpbx in the cloud and log in from remote office can it cause problems?

because our WAN IP is always registered for several SIP clients

The whole company might get banned if you get banned while using the same public IP of the company.

We do this hosting multiple tenants in the cloud (remote data center), we always whitelist their office IP if it is static but we have never had a problem.
