CLI issue on transferred calls

We have an issue where users who receive a transferred call from another user do not seen the original callers ID after the transfer. They only see the CID of the user that transferred the call. Is there a setting that can be changed that would make receivers of a transferred call see the original callers ID?

What version of VitalPBX is this?

The Version is : 4.0.7-1

In the PJSIP Profile enable the parameter “Send Connected Line”

Additionally, make sure your phones are capable to take the CID information form the RPID and the PAI.
