Hey everyone! I have multiple numbers for multiple companies and I want to be able to change my outbound CID at will but I am having some issues trying to achieve that. I saw something about using a “Short code” but not context so not sure if that’s possible. If it is I would like to have it setup where I dial something like 001 for a number 002 for another number and so on. Thank you!

You will use Prefix in Outbound Routes.
This is exactly what you need.

@miguel Does the screenshot look right? Or did I mess that one up haha.
The issue was the pattern was incorrect. I put a * in it and that was causing it to fail.
