CDR Report question

Please help me understand the report?
I see there is talk time accounted for when the status is No answer. See attached.

I understand that in the first line, the user was waiting for someone to pick up the call, but eventually, the voicemail answered after 1 minute and 25 seconds. However, in the second scenario, the voicemail was answered after only one minute. Iā€™m confused as to why there was a difference in the time taken for the voicemail to answer. Could you please explain?

The CDR manage two times

  • Call Duration: This duration includes the Talk Time + the time the extension was ringing.
  • Talk Time: the time in call after the call was answered by the caller or voicemail.

In short, the Talk Time in this case represents the voicemail message duration.
