CDR Report - Caller ID don't display

Hi VitalPBX Team,
I’m using VitalPBX 4.1.0-7, PBX Engine 18.23.1-1

I made the outgoing calls successful when I checked the CDR report, but the caller ID wasn’t displayed.

Please help check.

What are the extension settings? Where is the External CID configured?
