Hi Folks. New to this forum. We have another solution in place and looking for an alternative “updated” solution, and came across VitalPBX. From what I see, this looks great, and have this hosted on Digital Ocean, but when we go in to the System Settings and click on the Certificates to add LetsEncrypt, we continually get Exception errors, and for the LetsEncrypt, we get Undefined index:contact at file/usr/share/vitalpbx/www/modules/certificates.php on line 0. Also when we try to download via add ons for the WebRTC server and client, we get errors. So, again, we are seriously evaluating this solution for a large CMS solution for one of our clients, and need some assistance. Thanks so much folks.
Basic troubleshooting would be:
- Ensure that ports 80 and 443 are open and not blocked by your firewall.
- If you’re using the GeoFirewall module, make sure the USA is not blocked. Let’s Encrypt must be able to reach your server to issue or renew certificates, and their servers are typically located in the United States.
- Confirm that your domain’s DNS records are correctly pointing to your server’s public IP address.
