Can't find System ID - Fresh install 4.5 on Debian 12

Hi,

​I just finished a fresh install of VitalPBX 4.5 on Debian 12 (AWS) using the official installation script and procedure provided on your website. My domain pbx.xplanum.com is correctly pointing to the server IP and pings fine.

​The issue is that I cannot find the System ID anywhere in the interface (Dashboard or menus). I tried to manually install the vitalpbx-licensing package via the terminal to fix this, but I keep getting a 404 Not Found error from your repositories. It seems the package is missing for Debian 12.

​A few things I’ve already checked:

  • ​Firewall: Ports 80 and 443 are wide open (Any IPv4) in AWS Lightsail.
  • ​DNS: Fully propagated and pointing to the right IP.
  • ​Installation: Followed the official guide from your documentation exactly.
  • ​Registration: I filled out the “Register Installation” form, but the System ID still doesn’t show up.

​This is my first VitalPBX server and I’m setting it up for a Multi-tenant project, but I’m stuck at the beginning without this ID.

​Can you tell me how to get the System ID or if there is an issue with the repositories for Debian 12 today?

Which system ID and what do you need it for?

I am studying the system and with what I read, I’m supposed to have a unique System ID generated by the PBX to eventualy purchase and link the Multi-Tenant commercial module from the VitalPBX store. Same thing with the Connect licence.

​I have already filled out the ‘Register the Installation’ form, but the System ID field is still not populating in my dashboard or system settings. Maybe I’m in the wrong with misinformation. I think I would need this ID to complete my futures purchases and move forward with my deployment.

I want to make that crystal clear in my mind before setting up my system and test everything.

You’re absolutly right, it is trash, it made me lost a good amount of time and it was Google AI :rofl: I need to be carefull with that. I thought AI would be helpful but it wasn’t. At the same time, that AI trash send me here in the community forum and I will learn more here that anywhere else.
