Can't change the Profile of an Extension or Trunk V4.0.2-1

Version 4.0.2-1
When changing the profile of an Extension or Trunk after clicking the update button the profile returns to the previous setting. The pop up appears saying the database has been updated, also the reload icon appears but the value does not update in the gui or the database.
