Can only add 2 users to Vitxi even though having CARRIER PLUS Subscription

I cannot add more users to Vitxi it seems like Vitxi is stuck in demo mode.

I cannot login to the helpdesk if I use my normal login details.

In the Carrier Plus license VitXi is unlimited.

Since you have a Carrier Plus CC, in a moment you should receive the credentials for the helpdesk

Good day Admin,

I have not received the credentials for the Helpdesk but I have managed to reset my password.

I have logged a new ticked.
