Is it possible for a caller to opt-out/disable call recording?
Scenario, caller hears message “This call is being recorded, Dial XX if you would not like your call to be recorded”
Is it possible for a caller to opt-out/disable call recording?
Scenario, caller hears message “This call is being recorded, Dial XX if you would not like your call to be recorded”
I’ve found a suitable solution.
Send calls to an IVR first then have duplicate queues, one with recording enabled and the other without.
If the caller dials specified digit they will go the the queue with call recording disabled.
