Call Traffice Today

This is a screenshot from a VitalPBX callcenter Dashboard. I cannot understand how the incoming number of calls is calculated. There is no way the callcenter received 79960 calls.

  • It includes all the tenants
  • It doesn’t distinguish between answered and missed calls

About the number of calls:

  • You have Queues with the strategy “Ring All.”
  • You have Ring Groups with the strategy “Ring All.”
