We want to report the situation of rejecting one call and the ringtone continues and the pop-up disappears.
If one agent is inside more than one queue and rejects a call from another queue because is in another call, after rejecting the call, the agent continues to hear the ring from the call but the pop-up from the call disappears.
In case of anyone from another queue answers the call that he had rejected, the agent keeps hearing the ringtone but can’t answer the call because the pop-up disappears.
Please remove the ringtone after removing the pop-up from the call
