Hi all. We are wanting to store customers call recordings on a separate cloud server for the life of the PBX. So they are available in the PBX for 90 days, and then we will store until the customers leaves.
We have them backing up to our cloud server daily, however, the file names are just random, there is no way to tell which tenant they are for, or the day, time, calling party.
Is there a way to change the naming conventions for the call recordings?
The Call Recordings are stored in their own tenant folder with sub-folders in the format:
YEAR/MONTH/DAY
If you preserve that structure, it will be easy to locate the call recordings.
