Call Recording begins only after a Transfer

When a call is received through a “Queue” by an “Extension” X and then transferred to an “Extension” Y, the call recording contains only the part starting from the point when the transfer is completed, losing the entire beginning before transfer.

Can you please share a call trace via pastebin?

call is attended by Extension 1002 and transfered to 1011. Recording dont contains the 1002 attending or anything before the transference is completed to 1011

Is the call recording enbled in the Queue?

Have both extensios the call recording (incoming and internal) feature enbled?

Yes and Yes, Recording activated on queue and on extensions, but only one file is generated, I Think that when the transfer completes the file is overwrited.

Blind transfer or attended transfer?

The problem occurs when using Blind Transfer via feature code or via Telephone/App button.
In our tests, the Attended Transfer is recording correctly.
