Call on hold time limit

Hi all, I am having issues finding out if the system controls how long a call can be on hold.

If I place a call on hold, after 5 minutes the call will end. If anyone knows what is causing this I would appreciate the help.

The call goes to an IVR, and from there, it goes to a ring group and one of the extensions picks up a call. After that, it is placed on hold.

I think I found the setting. Under Settings> Device Profiles> Default PJSIP Profile in the General tab, there is RTP Timeout Hold option. It is set to end calls on hold after 300 sec.
