Call keeps on recording even tho it is turned off on certain extensions

Hello i have some extensions i dont want the calls to be recorded and even tho i disable the call recording on the extension settings i see on the CDR reports it still records the calls on all extensions!What am i missing?

If a call originates from a Queue with the call recording feature enabled, it will be recorded.

There are no queues set up just an external incoming call that rings on all extensions.
Could it be an old bug that got fixed on newer versions?
The version we use is 2.3.8-1which is probably ancient(i wasn’t the one to set up it)

Sorry, but we don’t provide support for version 2 and 3.
