Call History Problems

I am having issues with my phones call history not updating. This is happening at different locations with different customers. I upgraded the firmwares on my phones inititally thinking it could be that. I was wondering if there are any settings in the server I could be missing that effect this?

The phones get a missed call notification but when you click the “history” button it does not show the calls: missed, received, or outgoing. The dates for each phones call log history is sporatic as well. It could be from october or november or january or earlier this month.

This is happening on ring groups and queques as well, so I am not sure what the issue could be.

I am using grandstream GRP2614/2616 phones.
