Would anyone know if there is a way to forward incoming calls directly to the extensions voicemail. I know in other systems you can do * (extension number) then transfer but I’m unsure on how it can be done in Vital. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hey, see the Feature codes. You will find it there. You can then forward to that number.
*98*ExtensionNumber
I believe the correct way to send a call to an extensions voicemail directly is to transfer the call to *95*ExtensionNumber , as *98*ExtensionNumber is to check the voicemail of that specific extension.
