Call forwarding immediately is not working if original call comes from another extrension

Hi community,

We think there is a bug in VitalPbx 4.5. Do not hesitate to correct us if we are wrong. Here is our scenario

  • Extension 100 has a voicemail activate but set the call forwarding Immediate (CFI) to external number 555-555-1234
  • Extension 101 has a call forwarding on No Answer (CFN) to Extension 100
  • Someone external calls (eg. 450-111-2222) extension 101 but the latter does not answer. The call is being forward to extension 100

ACTUAL RESULT: Calls from 450-111-2222 never gets forwarded as per CFIand is sent to extension 100 voicemail

EXPECTED RESULT: Calls should have been forwarded to 555-555-1234 as set by extension 100

Is this behaviour works as expected? If so, how shall we configure the extension/PBX to get the expected result ?
