Call forward external number

Hello

i’ve managed to get calls to extension 200 (yealink phone) to go to external numbers via *58 and *59 but although i think i set everything correct, the external number shown on (mobile) does not get the original caller ID eg 22222 but the call ID of vitalpbx system eg 11111

Extension advance set to send cli etc provider said all correct their end?

I’m sure im missing something but any help would be great. or whatelse to check/enable

Have you set CallerID source to **PAI-FROM** on your Yealink?

You can edit he account.X.cid_source value in template.

Yeah, that would need to be set to 2.

yes yealink is set as per suggestion, also edited cid source value but still shows the diverted number instead of caller orignal number

Did you configure the Trust RPID for the extension?

It’s via the WebUI for the phone. So you’d pull up it’s IP address on your Web browser and login

i believe so, if this is where i need to go

Disable Send-P-Asserted-Identity. Leave RPID enabled and try again
