Please add the option to force call confirmation on a queue level, meaning that all calls from the queue to external (optionally internal) numbers should require the callee to press 1 to accept, and also allow setting a custom call-from prompt on the queue so callees know which queue the call is from.
Use case: We want to use virtual devices in queues since they have custom device states (which follow me doesn’t), but we must have call confirmation enabled.
Inspiration: I know the redesigned follow me dialplan I posted here is a bit ugly with those long sql queries, but you can take inspiration from there on how to create a single unified call-confirmation dialplan that simply requires FWM_CONFIRMATION to be set to TRUE and the FWM_SOUND variable to contain the announcement to be played to the callee.
