Call center announncement

Hello team,
i want to know exactly what Announce First User, Relative Periodic Announcement and Announce Hold Time stand for ? i have enabled it and give me nothing i need to test these feature

I have enabled these feature but a dont hear anything of them

I’ve test all call center and that was greate but i have problem with the announcement setting configuration
Only priodic announcement and frequency work but other like anounce first user and other not work.
What i miss?
