When creating a Broadcast campaign, if the call is routed to a queue after an announcement or IVR, the Caller ID (CID) configured in the campaign is displayed to the extensions. This allows them to identify only that the call is from a broadcast campaign, but it does not allow them to identify who is speaking.
It would be better if the CID were taken from the broadcast campaign’s destination, so that the extension can identify the called party number. Ideally, the integration with the CID Lookup system should be possible.
