When creating a Broadcast campaign with blank “CID name” and “CID number”, the dialing will have “asterisk” in the “FROM” field, even though the “Overwrite CID” being set to Yes in any “outbound Route” available.
In any case, even if the “CID Number” is filled in, since the campaign does not have a “Class of Service” selection, we cant even know which outbound route it will use.
