Our old system, Free… has a commercial module called Broadcast. It would play a recorded message to a list of external numbers. We are local municipality and never used it to advertise but to call our customers in the case that their electric is about to be shut off or emergency notifications. Looking at the system I don’t see a way to replicate it. Campaigns connects an agent and I don’t see a way to just play a message. Any suggestions?

If you can programming, you can make using callfile or asterisk Ami to make originate call and redirect to context play voice, or to ivr, queue, etc
