Hi guys. We have integrated billing with Vital to our 3rd party billing house and the issue we are having is that the API collects and processes the UTC time, not the local PBX time. The local time column is in the CDR within Vital, but apparently, not available in the billing integration?
How does everyone else bill this? Can we get it to process the local time column, or do people convert the UTC time within their own billing platform?
