Best approach for routing 20 extensions to a single central voicemail?

I’m setting up a system for a daycare with 20 rooms (Extensions 101–120). Parents call in via IVR to reach specific rooms.

If a room doesn’t answer, the client need the call to go to a single, central virtual extension (Ext 100) so the admin staff receives the voicemail via email.

Currently, I’m using 20 separate Ring Groups to achieve this, but it feels inefficient. “Follow Me” hasn’t worked as expected. Is there a more elegant way to route “No Answer” calls from multiple extensions to one shared voicemail box?

Thanks for the help!

IVR Targets direct to Extensions or you use a DDI Provider Account…

On every Extension 101 to 120 a CFN and CFB to a central dummy User- Extension e.g. 100 , Not registered Extension CFU on Voicemail with central mail.

Thanks!
Is there a way to setup the CFN, CFB with the WebUI?

I only see the "*"codes way. Which make it a pain to remember what was setup one year ago by someone in our staff…

Feature Codes are for analog phones to set the cfu as an Admin you have a overview in Extension Status there you See entblößt cfu cfb CFN and so on and you can set the Target for each Extension here is the Wiki in the middle of the Dokument you See a Screenshot of the overview and the Settings:

Let me know if the callflow works for you

The diversion you must Set CFB (busy) CFN (Not reachable) and CFU (unreachable , not registered) CFI Not this ist callforwarding Immediately so the call is direkt forward to the Target Extension with voicemail callforwaring cfi

Greetings (sorry for my bad english)

The dummy User Extension cfi to voicemail (central Mail Adress)

Your room Extensions CFB CFN and CFU to the dummy Extension 100

If 101 - 120 is in busy or ringing to long ,or deregistered than the incomming call Go to voicemail of the 100 ext.
