Backup Errors v3

We are getting the following Email sent to root@ourdomain, when I originally asked I was told we had installed a third party backup which I know we have not. So I set up an email account to collect the data and it seems pretty evident from the last line it is coming from the backup & restore module. Anyone know why it can’t find these files and what the fix would be?

Did you check that those files exist?

A workaround would be disabling the Voicemail backup.

No I kind of assumed they don’t and the issue is the backups think they do.

I went ahead and checked and I was correct they do not exist.

Did you try creating the backup without the Voicemail option?

Yes and it seemed to work ok, but not backing that data up for our clients is not a valid long term option.

Anyone able to offer help or should I open an official support ticket?
