Auto Attendant issue

m having issue with the auto attendant

when i call the main number it skips few words and start from the middle

supposemy auto attendant is:

welcome to vitalpbx

it will start from vitalpbx and skipped welcome to part

That’s a delay between your VoIP Provider and the PBX. A workaround could be adding two seconds of silence to your audio or redirecting your inbound route to an announcement with two seconds of silence and then to your IVR.

This can be a NAT / RTP issue as well.

so should i call the VoIP provider, will they be able to do anything?
