After enabling 2FA the log /var/log/vitalpbx/authentications.log is missing the usernames.
Prior to using 2FA, or even with 2FA, but using the wrong user/pass:
2024-09-11 12:05:40 VitalPBX authentication failed for user Test from 192.168.1.74 port 443
When using the correct credentials, but a wrong 2FA:
024-09-11 12:08:52 VitalPBX authentication failed for user from 192.168.1.74 port 443
# Same if there was a successful login:
2024-09-11 12:08:58 VitalPBX successful authentication for user from 192.168.1.74 port 443
