Hi guys, we have enabled Australian English on our PBX, however, the AI voice is so fast, and some words almost seem to be skipped or mumbled and the instructions cannot be fully understood. Is there a way this Add On can be slowed down slightly? Its like it runs at 2x speed.
hi @miguel we are getting increasingly more frequent complaints about this. The AI australian voice is too sped up, it is hard to keep up with when noting down numbers, and instructions go so fast is skips over words. No one has replied on this. I really need some assistance.
If you are referring to the voicemail reading back the number of the caller (not AI), the only fix is adding silence at the end of each audio file within the original Asterisk audio.
thanks @VA2022 but no, the issue is more the system instructions. Press X to replay, X to delete etc. It is so fast that not only is it hard to make a note so you know which one to press, it goes so fast that it skips the number. If I can fix this myself, I would love to, but I assume those system instructions need to be done at a dev level.
