Allow adding contacts without a phone number

Hello,

Currently you can only add a contact to the external phonebook if it has at least one number, can you please allow adding contacts with just an email and no phone number?

You always have Sales Reps in the organization that have a company email, but no phone extension.

Nope, no progress at all. This is still up in the air.
