Alert-Info not working for PJSIP extensions

Hi
I getting this issue that channel is not getting freed up and BLF status is confusing the users.
I am running Carrier Plus 3.0.9-5 with Asterisk 18.3.0-1.

  • Where do you set the alert info?
  • When and what channels are not being freed up?
  • What is confusing about the BLF?
