Clients mainly use the “Call Recordings Transcription” feature, not us. So we usually don’t give clients access to the CDR records in the main PBX.
They usually work from Sonata recordings. It only makes sense to include “AI Call Recordings Transcription” in the Sonata recordings if it’s enabled on the tenant.
