AI Call Analysis Report

Hi Team,

I have tested the call transcription in CDRs using the OpenAI. It works very well, it detects language correctly (in my case Czech language).

I have also tried to send the Call Analysis Report, but here are two issues.

  1. The coding of the HTML page is not correct and the diacritics are not right

  2. the call summary, Issue type, call results, etc… are not in the detected language (in my case in Czech)

For issue 1. I tried to edit the HTML template, but cannot see any coding there.

Do you have any ideas or plans?
